Admission Procedure – Classes PG to VIII (CBSE Curriculum)
At J D Learning School, Baragaon, Varanasi, we welcome young learners into a nurturing environment that follows the CBSE curriculum and emphasizes holistic growth. Our admission process is transparent, simple, and designed to help parents smoothly enroll their children.
Eligibility
- Play Group (PG): Children aged 2.5 years and above.
- Nursery & Kindergarten (KG): Children aged 3–5 years.
- Classes I to VIII: Admission based on age criteria and performance in the entrance interaction/assessment.
Admission Steps
- Enquiry & Registration
- Parents can visit the school office or contact us online to collect the admission form.
- A completed registration form must be submitted along with required documents.
- Interaction / Assessment
- For PG, Nursery, and KG: Informal interaction with the child and parents.
- For Classes I–VIII: Basic written/oral assessment to evaluate readiness for the CBSE curriculum.
- Document Submission
- Birth certificate (for age verification).
- Recent passport‑size photographs of the child and parents.
- Transfer certificate (for Class I onwards, if applicable).
- Address proof and ID proof of parents.
- Confirmation of Admission
- Admission is granted based on availability of seats and successful completion of the above steps.
- Parents will receive an official admission confirmation letter along with fee details.
- Fee Payment
- Admission is finalized only after payment of the prescribed fees within the given timeline.
