Parents’ Rules & Guidelines – J D Learning School, Baragaon Varanasi

General Responsibilities

  • Support school policies: Encourage children to follow school rules, discipline, and values.

Attendance & Punctuality

  • Ensure children arrive at school on time every day.
  • Avoid unnecessary absences; submit leave applications in advance.
  • Provide medical certificates for extended absences due to illness.

Uniform & Appearance

  • Ensure children wear the prescribed school uniform neatly and correctly.
  • Encourage personal hygiene and grooming habits.

Academic Support

  • Supervise homework, assignments, and projects regularly.
  • Avoid pressuring children excessively; instead, motivate them to learn with interest.
  • Provide necessary study materials and a quiet environment at home.

Conduct & Discipline

  • Teach children respect for teachers, staff, peers, and school property.
  • Discourage use of inappropriate language, bullying, or misconduct.
  • Guide children to uphold honesty and integrity in academics and behavior.

Campus Regulations

  • Parents are not allowed to enter classrooms during school hours without permission.
  • Any concerns must be addressed through the school office or scheduled meetings.
  • Parents should avoid giving children mobile phones or gadgets unless permitted by the school.

Collaboration & Engagement

  • Participate in school events, celebrations, and community programs.
  • Encourage children to take part in extracurricular activities for holistic development.
